Old Scratch Cabernet Sauvignon

Méh. Really didn't like this. Didn't help that it was just bottled. 85pts. Gorman Cellars

Bone dry. Loam, luden's, kirsch, tobacco, and herbs. Excellent value, but I can also see this being a love/hate for a crowd.

Delicious. Mom liked it a lot.

6/19. A mid weight cab. Expected it to be bold with an alc of 15.2.

Excellent Cab. Lots of black fruit, good acidity and well integrated oak. Only 500 cases made.

Peppers, Chianti dry, fruity smooth medium fruit forward fresh & crisp for a cab

A nice blend not my favorite from this bland. Needs more substance, but definitely not pedestrian.

2015 - lovely wine. A great recommendation from our waiter.
