Very interesting (my first ever for this varietal!). Nice, underripe nectarine with great mineral acidity and a hint if salinity. Great dry white.

Surprising peach flavored Txakolina, not the usual acidic approach. I was surprised by this wine, as l expected more acidity, but the wine was fruity and enjoyable and unexpected in flavor.

"It's not what it's supposed to be." - wine dad. I imagine it's like walking into a bathhouse in Madrid and all the hot tubs are full of stocky middle-aged Russian dudes beating each other w branches. It's unexpected, and leaves you flat.
