Strong nose of limes, grapefruits, gooseberries, light tropical fruits, green apples, minerals and light grass.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, light tangerines, lemons, grapefruits, light apples, light earth, herbs, minerals and a touch of tropical fruits.
Long finish with limes and light almonds.
This is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc From Napa Valley. Rich and Refreshing. Fruit forward, elegant and smooth.
Nicely balanced, and neither bitter nor tart. A great sipping wine.
Easy drinking and would also pair nicely with oysters.
100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Yountville, were aged for 3 months in mostly stainless steel vats, and some in concrete egg and used French oak.

First tried this at Goosecross. This is an unctuous Sauvignon Blanc of pear and apricot and lesser floral notes. Clean and defined palate. For a Sauvignon Blanc, it sorta slaps! Happy Thanksgiving!
