Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with citrus, red and green apples, lemons, oak, spices, light vanilla and black pepper.
Tangy on the finish with limes and bitter herbs.
This young Napa Chardonnay is already drinking very nicely. Smooth and soft, with nice complexity. Rich and elegant.
Easy drinking and good by itself. Good right out of the bottle, and better after 45 minutes of airtime.
This Single Vineyard is tangy, spicy and interesting. Would be nice to revisit it in a couple of years, and see how it evolved.
Paired nicely with salmon carpaccio.
Chardonnay grapes were aged in (25% new) French Oak barrels for 9 months. A small production of only 367 cases.

Light, clean and crisp like a cool autumn breeze. Hints of green apple perfect to pair with an apple crisp. Perfectly balanced like a gymnast on a balance beam. Drunk with Pearl and Sam.
