Yes all Amontillado. Maybe not all of it I dunno but I don’t know that I’ve had one I didn’t like. Saline n citrus with bitter almonds and dried apples and all the stuff that of flor and oxidative aging.

From my vault of opinions, Sherries over-perform for credit due. This Amontillado is considered entry but it’s definitely not basic. It sits halfway between Fino and Ollorosso in structure and since its unfortified, it’s pleasantly light.
