Tannins were still prevalent after 10 years. Oak and vanilla up front with cassis and ripe berries on the finish. Low alcohol (14.3%) made it food friendly.

Feb 28th, 2021Subtle tannin but present. Interesting fruit flavors. I Find juicy red plum with a bit of dustiness. Not like Rutherford dust but detecting dust on the palate. A bit of bright herb taste and good length.
