A good wine to ponder 4 questions- nice classic cab nose - dark fruit and leather and a hint of toasted oak. Well balanced with medium long finish - solid but expected a bit more finesse from Yarden’s best - gave it a good few hours of opening from first sips to finish

Mar 29th, 2021Dense almost purple in color. Well balanced with a long finish. A bit sharp around the edges but a very solid effort. Still good dark fruit and structure. Most enjoyable.

This wine wears a tux, pocket watch, and listens to classical music- that's how classy it is. So extremely well made it will only hit it's prime in 10 years time. English peppers, pine nuts, and blackberries-gotta respect this wine.
