This wine has a rich salmon color, vibrant and beautiful. Its nose smells like a basket of summer fruit - strawberries, cherries and peaches - with a nice citrus note along for the ride. The palate is similarly blessed with ripe fruit, and a bracing acidity rounds out a really fine Israeli rosé that would feel right at home in the south of France.
