2018 and 2019 were better. 2020 is lighter, but there is still a coffee or chocolate. Lots of cherries.

Jul 8th, 2022Black currant, a tiny bit of pepper, green pepper bell, a tiny bit of chocolate, a bit of earth/wet soil, this is not bad. The palate is rather well made with a strong acid backbone, a nice black currant note all along, a bit of width, a soft mouthfeel, a wider mid palate with a vivid tannic effect, creating a layer of tension that remains lively for quite some time. There is a bit of bitterness too in the end, a notch too strong to be complementing the finsih. This is my first Israeli wine. It's pretty enjoyable but that bitter note is ruining a bit the experience. Good not great
