Dolcetto d'Alba

Juicy black fruit. Plenty of fruit and fat. Pretty tasty.

Very animal, light in body, with great rounded tannins, quite acidic. Enjoyable to drink and pairs extremely well with our sausage stew.

Texturally very satisfying. A nice langhe depth with juicyness and a touch of tannin. Would crush this with a number of foods. Barolo producers have a special place for dolcetto because it is much trickier to handle than nebbiolo. 😉🍷
