Sour raspberry, dill weed, rose, tobacco. Well rounded. Medium body. Nothing too bold going on here. Wow. Really opened up with time in the carafe almost a completely different nose; cooked raspberry, dried rose, cocoa, shoe polish and a certain meatiness.

Dark and concentrated Dolcetto. I was expecting a leaner and more elegant wine, considering the producer. Enjoying the length and complexity, but the fruit is a tad overripe.

2015. 15%. Mulberry transforming into beetroot. Complex, chewy, headyness to elegance. Great delicacy at its weight. Master elegance as always.
