strong pinot noir! spicy. dark in colour, nose is not disclosing what will happen a bit later. classical for pinot cherry and raspberry aromes are still there but they are hidden behind strong oaky, leather, earthy, even mushrooms notes.
i wonder how the whole thing could change if i gave the bottle half an hour in a decanter… i didn’t have a chance.
wine is very good, however a bit to spicy as for me.

Good fruit. Nice balance. Full body for a pinot (not as full as Argentinian ones). Berries. Lavender. Will get better.
