Very tannic and tart, like rhubarb. Brick-red color. Aged well. Paired with butternut squash gnocchi and bolognese sauce.

One of the best wines I’ve had in my life. Truly spectacular. All the things were there. Structure, balance, the fruits of Barolo, all of it. No sense in going over it. Memorable to say the least

A bit closed, especially on the palate. Far too young but already showing the floral signature of its origin.

Full bodied fruit forward smooth . Easy to drink
