Glugg on the nose...yes cardimom cloves cinnamon without the heat. Yummy without tasting. Red fruit burst with tobacco mid palate. Great length smooth tannins. . Loving it. 3 more bottles and drink over next 3-7 years. Drinking window open for 2009 manzone but will have to try the bricat/gramolere to see if similar love it.

1hr in decanter. Cherry jolly rancher. With leather and hint of tar. Moderate tannins. Last drank about 9 months ago and like more. Would rate higher but ends a bit early.

Bricat. Opened 2 hours ago. Wow. After drinking 2009 col D’Orcia 2009 brunello this was so superior. Cherry. Rose. Hint of oak. Very integrated tannins and length. wow! 4 more bottles drink over next 5-7

Opened 2 hours prior. Mild Cherry rose bouquet nose. Still very tannic but integrated with good red fruit and long depth. Very good wine that will be even better in 2-3 years or wish had left over following day. Bought more bottles at$28

I did not enjoy this at all, although it may have been corked. It had an unpleasant bitterness and smokiness which was off putting. Otherwise love Barolo.
