Quaffable. The nose is nice but the palate is somewhat one-dimensional. Nice, though.

A lot going on but all so subtle. Nose is cherry, almost port-like. Wine is just starting to turn to tawny, would be nice to see this again in a few years. Texture is silky and delicate, tannins are strong and soft.

Lifted dried cherries, with balsamic, roses and tobacco. Soft and smooth with rustic cherry pie flavors. Balanced with integrated tannins and juicy acidity. Finish is driven and lingers. Paired with pesto butter cedar smoked salmon.
