1996 vintage, disgorged July 2015, 7g dosage. Not terribly romantic facts for Valentines Day, but what to do? This hit it out of the park with scallops and showed some powerful Apple notes with round edges. Wonderfully balanced with bright, crisp acidity. The 2015 disgorgement adds loads of freshness to counter the power of the fruit. Excellent Valentines Day wine.

Bolla fine, abbondante e cremosa, naso intenso ed elegante con note caratteristiche di limoni maturi, lieviti, fragoline acerbe e un leggero balsamico perfettamente integrato. In bocca scorre con un grande equilibrio, un corpo medio e una buona persistenza. Il dosaggio lo aiuta ad equilibrare una freschezza ancora importante. Prodotto sicuramente interessante in una fascia di prezzo dove mi sarei aspettato maggior complessità
