Reminded of Beaujolais

Ripe red and black fruit, smoke. Crozes-Hermitage often comes off as overripe and a bit flabby to me.

Fig, soft prune and a tar note to start; after a little air, more blackberry and a bit of leather. Very pleasant to drink.

To rooted in clay to soar but good basic fruit

Striking the balance between rusticity and elegance... really like this producer ...
