Really spot on, pale yellowish-green with copious amounts of grapefruit and maybe some lemon, pineapple and something herbal and some saline, minerally and grassy around the edges. Beautiful acidic structure without being too nervy, and carried a decent with all the flavors thru the finish.

My first SB I liked. Not too dry, only slightly sweet. Great with strawberries
