A classic sav Blanc. Tart Grapefruit and light grass immediate. Then a crisp tart finish. — 6 months ago
Underripe to ripe red fruit, cherry cola, black tea. Very quaffable. Medium body, light oak influence and very good length. Maybe a bit pricey but still delicious. — 8 months ago

Not a Sauv Blanc fan normally, but loved how this paired with a simple baked fish and vegetables. — 7 months ago
Crisp, clean and tangy. Pink grapefruit and lime acidity with a dry finish. Great for pairing with a Chinese takeaway. Bargain price at Oddbins. — a year ago

A unique bottle opened by our host Alex Giesen in his Puligny chateau.
Photos of our new friends Lisa Giesen, my wife Debbie, the Palm tree shirted author of this post, Alex Giesen, my wine travel companions for this trip, Sandra & James.
A family only bottle made just for the Giesen's, not available in the market, so fresh and clean; barrel fermented as only a Kiwi transplant in France world choose to do. A nice pull from Alex's private cellar. — 2 years ago
