Pale, pale color, with a rich, well-rounded citrus smell. Grapefruit, pear, maybe a hint of vanilla even, and that good old acidity. Taste is delightful. It's has just the right sort of balanced bite to start, with signature SB flavor and a clean, decent finish. A really good middle-of-the-road SB for people who don't love to be punched in the throat by acidity (like I sometimes do), but who also enjoy the things a good, low-cost Sauvignon Blanc has to offer.
