My last bottle, so I was holding my breath while it opened. Decanted. Nose was fully matured showing tobacco, tar, cedar and bay leaf. Took 2 hours for the cherry fruit to come through. Still alive and well and paired perfectly with dish of spiced sausage and black-eyed peas.
