Beautiful nose. Floral, fennel and bright red cherry. Slightly woodsy. Medium weight and elegant finish.

Dark red. Perfumed red cherry and flinty underbrush nuances on the nose. Then deep and rich in the mouth with red cherry and plum flavors dominating. Finishes long, revealing a hint of balsamic oils and licorice. Currently very austere, this promising Brunello will need plenty of time in a good cellar to showcase all of its noteworthy potential. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, April 2018)

Big and meaty Brunello. Fruit is a bit stewed but it works.

Thou shalt not doubt Sangiovese. Baked cherries, dried cranberries and bushels of herbs. Basil, thyme, and oregano. A soft touch of balsamic, and a salami pepper. Fantastic!
