Quite good. Though a high Al wine, nicely balanced. Rustic earthy leathery profile. More like a barolo than a lighter young langhe Nebbiolo. For $27, a good value buy again.

Maybe I should’ve paid a little bit more attention to this wine. It was a little bit one dimensional Nebbiolo. I find Nebbiolo either overpowering or perfectly balanced. This one seem to be a little overpowering but maybe it just required to open up a bit more. Medium to heavy body on the nose and taste notes of grilled meat, leather and mead.
