Fragrant with unrelenting texture and tannins at opening. 24 hours later it’s shy but sweet with cherries and plum, floral and leather. Needs time. Plan on buying more 2017 to drink now.

Feb 20th, 20162009. had a glass in restaurant-probably opened for couple hours- dark ruby on core with medium plus rim variation. violet flowers, perfume, light sour cherry, slight hint of mud on nose. med plus acid, med plus tannin, hint of cherry, white pepper on palate, soft texture.
