Alfio Moriconi Selection Capitel della Crosara Ripasso Valpolicella Corvina Blend

Cherry and spices. For under $15, really nice.

Continuing in my journey into the ripassos of valpolicella. Easy drinker, cherry, some spice with a velvety mouthfeel and Italian twang. Great wine for tonight's dinner. Pasta.

Good wine paired w/red meat

Put it through am aerator and it was open for business. It got even better over the course of am hour with juicy black fruit and a round supple finish. Great with barbecued chicken!

When well with my home made ravioli

Great for the price. Smooth and not overpowering, went great with my Italian food.
