Good, but I was hoping for a bit more out of this guy.

Totally closed out of the bottle. Decanted and started to show after 45 min. Very full bodied with tannin acid and alcohol maxed out. Beautiful dried fruit profile with fig, dark cherry and prune. Spice and definite oak aromas on the nose. Very lingering finish of tar, acid, tannin and the heat. Not a restrained example but undeniably delicious and great with food.

Decanted 2hrs before drinking. Was fantastic.

Delish! Awesome Nebbiolo wine, raisiny , slightly tart, yet super smooth! Could get used to this!

Without a question, the darkest Barolo I've ever had. Deep dark red, with a rim that's beginning to turn. Cherry tobacco, chocolate. Very firm tannins, 15% ABV, 2010.... I bet this could lay down to sleep for a long long time.

Great acidity. Licorice nose. Still has good years ahead of it.
