Solid everyday Red for the price. Easy drinking with substantial body and nice berry jam notes. The Petite Sirah really comes out with a nice spicy finish, not overwhelming though.

Stands on its own. Tannic but not overly so. Thankfully not too much cherry.

Did not like this wine one little bit. Too vinegary. Probably should have let it breathe a bit more, but even then.

A haunting label to start, this wine opens up to be rather luscious, thanks I think, to the dominance of Zinfandel. Very California, very pleasant and with enough complexity to make it a conversation piece. For pairing, think steak or just sip on its own on a cold night.
