Medium ruby in color; cherries, dried herbs, and blackberries on the nose; high acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like stewed strawberries, black tea, hibiscus, and pomegranates with a long fruity finish. A very unique flavor. I really like this wine. There are some intense flavors in this wine that would be overpowering for some (maybe a little off balanced), otherwise I would taste it higher.

Ripe red fruits and spices, 4-spice, hints of leather. Very juicy and greasy. Astringent and rather bitter finish, but no harm done. Good value.
