Very pale cotton candy pink. Restrained, mineral driven aromatics suggests faint red berry, neutral white flowers, and a hint of saline. Exquisitely elegant. Light body, medium plus acid, cottony texture, no bitterness, medium plus abv 12.5% creates a spicy pickle on the palate. The label says dry but fruit driven which is a little misleading. A very well balanced, dry wine. Refined and refreshing.

Really enjoyed this Rosé. Another bone dry example with muted citrus tones and minerality upfront. Widely available.
