Bright Meyer lemon cream, underripe pineapple, white peach and a touch of lime pulp. The mid palate and finish is a little off. It becomes angular and the alcohol is just a tad hot in the back throat. As you continue to dip it, a distinct ripe banana quality surfaces. It finishes with a bit of cream and chalkiness.
