Ovide Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

All there just tight.

Needs 45 minutes to open. Then really great. Perfect balance.

Love this cuvee. Amongst my favorite from Bue. Nose is deep with candied lemon and citrus. Very stoney background. Really clean and classy. Palate has terrific sap and thrust. Delicious fruit and finesse. Stoney, savory, lemony and mineral. Terrific concentration and sap. Great Sancerre.

The best white from Bue for me. Textured and precise and lots of soil and minerals. Awesome.

Lemon, green apple, and minerals abound. Piercing acidity. A great Sancerre cuvée. #weygandtwines

This was a really nice Sancerre, fresh, crisp and well balanced. More please!
