There's Sancerre then there is stuff like this. We import Vatan, so I can't say it's the best SB in the book, but it's certainly one of the best. Rare that I can drink SB.

Really bright and acidic, peach notes and lime too. Sown grassiness but not sharp.

Nose... Fresh cut grass, green apple, morning dew, mint Hollie leaves, mango... Palate... Algae, river bed, leaf stem, way under ripe stone fruit, it's like 4 minutes into a green apple Warfield
