Austere yet full of complex aromas that seem to change over time, initially intense yeasty brioche aromas with green apples, dried pears as well as apricots, candied lemons, floral notes similar to orchids, and sweet spices. Extremely dry and concentrated on the palate with an energetic mousse, sweet lemon peel, tangerines, and pear flavors on entry followed by a sharp refreshing acidic midpalate that continues on to the moderate to long dry chalky finish.
