Sharp and clumsy initially, better once it degassed awhile.

Fresh apricot, pear, and lime zest. Mineral driven. Chablis like. Fresh with an appreciable yeasty feel. Underripe yellow orchard fruit. Solid length, finishes with minerality. Great QPR.

Smooth, mineraly, great NYE bubbly! Good with chocolate. My favorite Champagne yet!

Nose of lemon, candied ginger, green apple, and a tiny hint of biscuit.

The lemon and green apple notes from the nose dominate the palate with med+ acidity. A hint of creaminess as well.

Clean and straightforward albeit a bit lacking in complexity. Not as much autolytic character as I typically enjoy but tasty as an aperitif nonetheless.
