Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay

Fresh, clean, slightly fruity, reasonable complexity. No singular flavour. Would buy again.

Light tart

Tart apple. Bit of mineral. Light. Fair amount of acidity. Can be overpowered by heavier foods.

Very light and fragrant, an easy drink amongst friends

Very smooth finish, pairs excellent with Salmon. Very enjoyable !!! (2015)

Subtle and delicious

Not complex, but subtle and wonderfully matched to the light salad it was paired with. Everything about this wine is delicate.
