Peasantry. Sound. Best with wit and stress focused towards torrid pace.

Fresh, fruity wine with a hint of raspberries, black cherries and white flowers. Medium finish. Good wine!

This nice Beaujolais Villages is medium dark and has a similar shade on the nose. It shows amazing licorice and mineral aromas with dark berries and a touch of tar when it has been open a day or two. The palate hums along nicely and carries those dark notes well. Minerals stride right along with the blue and black fruit. Acidity is nice, tannins are soft.

Strawberries everywhere! And that lovely acidity distinct to the C.B. Method. Bright and youthful.
