On the palate this marries a highly intense exotic fruit profile with steely, lemony acidity. No creaminess here, and the flavor & acidic intensity borders almost on a tannic mouthfeel.

Jun 10th, 2018Young. But not as sharp in acidity as I would have guessed. Notes of citrus w/ lime as a pronounced factor, green tea, granny smith. Medium plus acidity. Medium body.
