Appealing Chambolle. Showing lots of fruit and elegance. Small production domaine, hand picked grapes and indigenous yeast fermentation.

Much more fleshy and textured than other bottles. Very nice but not really identifiable as Chambolle - doesn’t have that lifting ethereal quality. Still delicious.

Strawberry rich aroma in initial. Fresh. Soft tanning. Enough acidity. Salty minerally, raspberry. 30 minutes, I found forest like flavor. Good choice for Japanese food. 2014 @3600, tatong - no, 201002

Young, fruity. Well made. Better in 3-5 years. Overshadowed tonight by the older wines in the lineup.

Mar 5th, 2020Nose not giving a ton, but may need more time to open. But this is delicious - soft and earthy at the same time with extremely silky tannins and a finish that goes on and on. Editing on day 2 up to 9.3 - this really is very nice. Give it a long decant.
