I love Dolcetto! In the glass it explodes with fresh violets and licorice. Palate is met with dried herbs and rich cherry. Lingering tannins on the finish.

August 15, 2017. My first Dolcetto. Some fruit and smoke in the glass. Lovely old world red on the palate. Nicely balanced. Yum.

B 2012 give it 15 min or so to breathe in the glass and u will see it evolve from a light watery wine to one with more fruit body and earth.
