Earthy, sweaty, wheat-y

There is little to talk about. It's just a 'table' sparkling. Rubber, yellow plums and iodine. Not complex and not memorable (except for the name). At least it was a magnum, and it's always exciting to open a bigger bottle.

Bone dry. Nice fizz, with aromas of lemon with some slight yeast on the finish. Very pleasant and enjoyable.

pet nat with a nice peachy color, slightly cloudy. some pear and salty minerality. dry and savory.

Chewy Glera fizz floral and spice

Dry, slightly effervescent, funky

Simple sparkling wine. Nice to start off a night, only need a glass.

It’s like boring champagne. Someone else here said it tastes “sweaty” and now that’s all I can think about lol. Yeah, I’m ok with this one glass. This winery is 0/2 with me lol 😅

Okay sparkling wine, but I would prefer a Prosecco. Some odd flavors, but still enjoyable.

Super dry, refreshing pet nat that screams grapefruit pith and lemon. Bit of skin contact lending to its slightly hazy color.
