Very, very pale pink. Large water white rim. Faintly aromatic, brine dominates, subtle watermelon and white flowers. A dry wine with very light body, medium plus acid offering mouthwatering refreshment, medium plus alcohol 13% gives the perception of spice on the medium finish. Very subtle flavors on the palate, fresh red fruit. So subtle that this wine should be enjoyed alone or as an aperitif but delightfully refreshing.

The 2016 version of this wine is serviceable and unremarkable. It’s moderately charming but overpriced by 3 or4 dollars. While the has no aspirations to be the ridiculously overpriced priced Domaine Ott, it’s awkwardly priced and delivers far less flavor and charm than some of it’s more affordable siblings.
