Dark ruby. Big fruit on the nose. Short decant beneficial. Black cherry and black fruit, oaky but not too much. Hint of pepper, black licorice. Luscious, chewy tannins. Nice full finish. Solid blend.

A brilliant single vineyard Bordeaux blend, this one charms you with the purity of the fruits and its floral scent that I seldom associate Napa. Seamless oak integration. It’s delicate and tender, with great complexity and impeccable balance. I can’t imagine how good it will become in 10-15 years.
