Detta är ett pangvin utöver det vanliga. Blåbärsfärg, hallon lakrits batteriet dör.

This is some weird juice. Nose that I’ve never experienced. Actually had to pour my glass back into the bottle for next day, then decant for 4 hours

Black cherry, cassis and dark chocolate. Spice on the back end. Florality came out as it sat longer. Could’ve done with a little more aeration then I gave it.

A very intriguing wine!
Pretty dense and secretive at first (mostly showing it has concentration) needing aeration for quite some time.
Black fruit; balckberry, cassis, dark chocolate, mint, vanilla, (slight graphite), cinnamon and sweet spice.
Full-on, very young acidity but fine-tuned tannins. The acidity and black cherry character on palate made me think about barebera, but in all other aspects the wine is quite southern-france in style (some syrah-hints).
Pour a glass or two one evening, making sure to come back to it a couple days later.
I found it much more balanced with florality and a pepperyness appearing.
You can thank me later : )
