Oct 16th, 201610' Gandona Cabernet. I had this about a year ago. Wasn't overly impressed. This is tasting so much better now! Black raspberry, sweet black currant, smoking pipe. All things black! Nice length… It's going to be better in a few years. Very enjoyable. Philippe is just hitting home runs👍 Late dinner. Brought the bottle from home.

Aug 13th, 201610' This is a massive wine. Big black fruits. The tannins were slightly too much for me. I think a longer decanting would've helped tremendously. I'll revisit this again soon. Just my opinion… I don't know if this is a wine you would hold for 10 years.

Oct 18th, 2015Not sure about this one. The dried fruit character and roasted quality make it feel a bit over-ripe. The alcohol heat sort of overwhelms the nose as well.
