Buttery but in a good way. Viscous it felt like on the tongue and just enough acidity to make sure things werenβt flabby. Both light and substantial at the same time.οΏΌ

One of the few Chardonnays grown up on Pritchard Hill. Steep hillside originally planted by Bob Long, Gandona is a hike up the mountain, but worth the visit. Philippe Melka is having a good time up there.
