Wow. Unexpected rockstar holding up in almost 2023. Must be all that new oak. Delicious.

‘10 is droning so good right now. It was the favorite wine among a large retrospective tasting.

2016 in ‘21. Aged well! Lime. Lost something. Drink now.

2019 vintage. This changes a lot, depending on temperature. Passionfruit, lime, gooseberry when well-chilled; fatter, oakier notes when warmer, like lemon meringue pie, apple skin, dried white fig, apricot, chalk, little coconut and dill.

Apple, lemon candy, peach, blood orange and slate. Vibrant acidity and good minerality.

Single vineyard SB. Dry and pleasant. Snappy, but not too acidic. Orchard fruits 🍎 🍐 🍏 🍑

Beautiful and unique SB. Super low yield vines. Spends 2yr in oak. All that the Cali style of SB can be. Hazy. Macerated Brown summer grass. Tamarind. 90$ for an SB seems pretty steep.
