Popped and poured; consumed over two days. Consistent notes on both days. Burnished golden color with moderate mousse. Medium viscosity. On the nose, ripe raspberries, white flowers, meringue, brioche. On the palate, the wine is dry with a medium+ acid. The texture is almost oily. Long chalky finish. A rich champagne with the 2015 vintage on full display. No disgorgement data available.
