So many pairing possibilities for this one. Would go as great with braised beef cheeks or linguine gamberi - pretty strong cherry notes and hints of rose. Love it!!

Outstanding Brunello from a vintage not well rated initially, but keeps proving to be great. A wine already made when Gaja bought the winery, but bottled by Gaja. Could go another 5 years
