1988 vintage. Double mag. At Gaja winery. Medium ruby hue. Medium concentration. Dark fruit profile, dried fruits - prune and raisin. Slight earthy medicinal note. On the palate, medium acidity, full body, high tannin - ripe, medium plus alcohol and medium plus finish. Good power but lacks a touch of complexity. Drink now until 2026.
