15' Gaja Rossj- Bass Langhe. ( Mostly/all Chardonnay) An absolute must decant! Serve at cellar temperature. This wine has little to no new oak. Softer-muted-rounded tropical fruits. I know that sounds a little crazy! This wine hovers right in the middle. Nothing overwhelming in this wine. It is simply and extraordinarily well crafted. I could sip on this wine all night. 10 + years in it. Highly recommend! I will be looking into getting my hands on many more Italian whites.
